HOW TO TAKE CARE YOUR EYE WHILE USING COMPUTER

Hi Guys today i came up with new post Which is about avoiding eye strain while using Computer . Eye strain is the common problem from which Most of the Long term computer users are affected . In this post i'll discuss those things which can really help You to avoid eye strain while using computer.

1) Try - to Manage Brightness of Your Screen Accordingly Environment

2) Do Not - stare to the Desktop For long Time

3) Follow - 20-20-20 Rule

In interval of each 20 minutes , Look 20 Yards Far , For 20 seconds

4) Install - Applications like

Flux - Manages Screen brightness accordingly Time
Fadetop - Fades Your desktop In each 20 minutes to Provide Rest for Your Eye


5) Place - Your Monitor / Laptop at suitable height , straight in front of you, Not to side

6) Blink - Your Eyes every second

7) Take - A 5 Minute break Every Hour

8) Close - Your Eye For some minute If Your eyes really strained

9) Exercise - Your Eye thrice a day , By Paper pencil / Fingertip / Rolling eyes method

10) Eat - Foods having High Dose of Vitamin A

11) Clean - Your Eyes In time to time
